Since 1982, we have
been doing just one thing: quickly providing
extremely affordable yet high-quality compensation
software and related services to pay consultants and
other pay professionals. We’re proud of what we do,
and we purposely built this website to deliver a
great amount of information that we are anxious
share. Please click the above link for background

The website consists of four major sections:
The
CompFacts Pay Database is
an extraordinarily comprehensive and approachable
source of quickly-available quality and affordable
customized pay information. It covers 1.2 million
organizations, 800 jobs, 442 industry
classifications, 52 states and 409 metropolitan
areas.
The pay analyses
section covers our Pay
Integrator software/service, and deals
with the issue of computerizing and analyzing
existing pay surveys and internal data for purposes
of assessing competitiveness, performing structure
adjustments and generally determining an
organization’s compensation status with respect to
critical pay metrics.
Note that Pay Integrator benefits can be
provided in a variety of ways to best meet an
organizations budget and other requirements and
preferences. For example, the software can be
purchased outright or rented for short-term
projects; reports and analyses can be delivered via
the web without Pay Integrator being installed on
the user’s computer; and one-time or ongoing
projects can be outsourced to us under the user’s
direction.
The custom surveys
section covers our
UltraSurvey software/service, and deals
with the issue of quickly and inexpensively
conducting uniquely-useful custom pay surveys that
maximize participation. Spend some time there, and
you’re sure to see things you’ve never seen before.
The special projects
section illustrates other software and services that
are used to meet specific and wide-ranging user
needs and which leverage the tools, programming
resources and skills we’ve acquired over the years.
