in April 1982 by Robert J. Lerner, previously a
director and compensation consultant at Frederic W.
Cook & Co and compensation manager at Bristol-Myers
Squibb. Bob received his Bachelors degree from
Cornell University and MBA from New York University.
Software previously developed has been licensed to
such firms as Ernst & Young and Andersen Consulting
as their primary pay-related tool for both client
consulting and licensing.
