Much More Than Just the Pay Data! |
|
As
described in this
case
study, we can load your customized pay
data into a special
free version of our powerful pay analysis
software (Pay Integrator).
The case study describes how, in just two business days and for an
extremely modest fee, we provided a
wide range of location and industry-specific
market pay data, and included
two unusual market statistics needed to
implement the user's precise pay strategy (40th
and 60th percentiles). It shows how, with a
total of only a couple of hours of their
staff's time to provide internal pay data
and job matches, the user was
able to
interactively perform a wide range of
pay analyses – including
competitive comparisons and pay structure
adjustments and related impact assessments.
We also have a
Free CompFacts package which includes
that special version of Pay Integrator plus
your choice of state/region-oriented salary
data on hundreds of the most common jobs
we've selected to cover virtually all
industries, types and levels -- provided
totally free of charge! |
|
Combining both the market pay data and free
pay analysis software makes this a truly
unique solution. |
The information below
covers the standard ways of using the
database. Another of its uses is to produce a very
powerful and unique report called the Six Labor
Pools Report described
here.
A PDF description is available
here.
Data are derived from public (government)
pay surveys which we enhance in a variety of ways.
These surveys reflect rigorously
statistically-adequate sample sizes and use
consistent and well-tested mathematical, computer
and compensation techniques overseen by professional
pay analysts, statisticians and economists.
In creating tailored recipient information, we are
able to query the database and:
-- Select from among 442 industry classifications
-- Select from among 52 states and 409 metropolitan
areas
-- Include or exclude the All Organizations data cut
-- Age the data using any annual compound growth
rate
-- Select any custom percentile from 1st to 99th to
supplement the standard statistics (e.g. the 60th
percentile shown below)
-- See the annual percent change in average pay
Depending on your needs, we can provide just the
information you specify, or the actual
data-accessing application and database (on either a
restricted or unrestricted basis) as demonstrated in
our webcast.
