Free CompFacts is a combination of market salary data and a special version of our powerful pay analysis software program (Pay Integrator) -- provided free of charge. It provides average, median and 10th, 25th, 40th, 60th, 75th and 90th percentile market values for hundreds of the most common jobs covering virtually every job level, industry and function.
 
We hope you review our Getting Started PDF document which fully describes how Free CompFacts works and can help you. It will show how easily you can import your employee information, establish job matches and perform a wide variety of important compensation tasks.

What's Required of You to Get Going?
As described in our Getting Started document, after installing and activating Free CompFacts, you'll need to first use a wizard to import an HRIS-created employee data file, and then use a special tool of ours to identify your job matches. We really did make the process as fast and easy as possible. You'll probably be up-and-running in less than three hours.

Why Are We Offering Free CompFacts?
We know that this product will completely meet the needs of many organizations, and we’re pleased simply to establish a relationship with them. We expect that other organizations, after having used this free product, will consider such low-cost data and/or software upgrades as:
