After the user
specifies a desired data field (e.g. median
salaries), data cut (e.g. hospitals with 200 to 500
beds), market aging factor, and denomination in
which market pay will be displayed, Pay Integrator
regresses those market data against job evaluation
points and projects market pay for each job based on
its evaluation points. This information is used to
identify possible problems with either internal
evaluations or survey data, price jobs which are
either unique or have no market data, or estimate
the market value of changes in a job’s evaluation.
