After the user
specifies a job, data field (e.g. median salaries)
and data cut (e.g. hospitals with 200 to 500 beds),
Pay Integrator retrieves all matching survey data.
It provides comparisons of market pay against
internal actual and target salaries. Market data can
be aged, presented in different pay denominations,
printed, sent to a Microsoft Word or Excel file, or
exported as a pure data file (CSV format) for use by
other applications.
