For this project we
computerized a fairly typical paper-based point
factor job evaluation plan. Other versions of our
software provide for the on-screen display of
computed points and grades, peer jobs matching the
current factor degree, and percentile rank of the
evaluated job in comparison to peer jobs in terms of
both factor and total points (in effect allowing
evaluations to simultaneously use point factor,
factor comparison and whole job ranking
methodologies).
