Each survey participant receives a comprehensive report of customized survey results in the form of an Excel workbook reflecting the specific survey’s information, data cuts, and statistics specified by the survey designer. Although each survey is different, its report’s benefits for your survey will be similar to those listed below. Here is some additional information on statistics provided to participants.

Benefits of Participant's Excel Reports

• display the participant's own job titles, submitted values, pay structures and target salaries (e.g. midpoints) for easy comparisons to market
• provide comprehensive "us vs. market" comparisons, including the critical Normalized Percent Rank metric, at the job, grade and overall pay structure level
• provide market data which exclude participant's own data (if enabled by sponsor)
• provide comparative staffing analyses
• minimize data overload by temporarily hiding non-matching data cuts
• support the creation of composite job values by averaging all matching data cuts
• supplement wide-ranging standard statistics with any desired custom statistic (1st through 99th percentile)
• include competitive comparisons using participant's pre-selected comparative statistic and method for calculating competitive differences
• supplement reported data with four participant-selected location and industry data cuts of U.S. Government pay data from our database (if enabled by sponsor)
